Scope:
Accident Reporting and Investigation training is essential for creating a safe and productive work environment, complying with regulations, and improving organisational processes. Given that an accident can occur at any time, it is imperative that it is correctly reported as soon as possible so that proper investigations can be carried out.

Through proper investigation of the events leading up to the accident, and any contributing factors, proper processes and procedures can be developed and implemented to aid in reducing the likelihood of such an accident occurring again in the future.

This course is designed to give delegates in understanding of the accident reporting system and related Indonesian legislation, as well as a foundation in the methods of investigation and analysis.

General Course Objectives & Content:
Upon completion of the course, delegates will have an understanding of accident reporting systems, including its legislation in Indonesia. Delegates will also be able to calculate accident statistics and perform accident analysis for identifying the root cause and determining the control action for preventing the same accident from occurring in the future.

  • Hierarchy of control
  • Case Study: Apply accident analysis techniques to identify the cause of an accident that will be detailed in a video presentation.
