Scope
This Firefighting Level D-C-B Training package combines the Firefighting Level D (Fire Officer), Firefighting Level C (Firefighting Team Member), and Firefighting Level B (Firefighting Unit Coordinator) courses.

The training is designed for Safety Managers/Supervisors, Technical Managers, Building Managers, Fire/Safety Inspectors, Fire Engineers, Risk Managers, etc. General Course Objectives:
Participants will learn the importance of fire prevention efforts beyond efforts to overcome them:
  1. Implement Fire Prevention
  2. Inspect & maintain fire prevention facilities
  3. Extinguish the fire at the further stage
  4. Rescuing & first aid to victims
  5. Identify and report on the existence of factors that cause a fire hazard.
  6. Extinguish the fire at an early stage.
  7. Directing the evacuation of people and goods.
  8. Coordinate with related institutions.
  9. Secure the location of the fire.
  10. Lead a firefighting team before getting help from an authorized agency.
  11. Compile work programs & activities on how to deal with fires.
  12. Propose budgets, facilities, and amenities related to firefighting to management.

  • OHSE Laws and Regulations:
    • Law No. 1 Year 1970
    • OHSE Norms of Firefighting
    • Firefighting Management
  • Knowledge of fire prevention techniques:
    • Fire theory and fire anatomy
    • Storage and handling of flammable/explosive materials
    • Methods of controlling work processes/use of equipment, installation, and other energy/heat.
  • Installation of fire detection, alarm, and extinguishing systems:
    • Fire detection & alarm system
    • Light fire extinguishers
    • Hydrants, sprinklers
    • Chemical extinguishing system
    • Fire safety equipment
  • Evacuation facility: causeways, corridors, stairs, helipads, assembly points
  • Maintenance, inspection, and testing of fire protection equipment: installation of alarms, fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, etc.
  • Fire Emergency Response Plan:
    • Organize an emergency response system
    • Fire emergency response procedures
    • Emergency first aid assistance
  • Technical Inspection:
    • Evaluation of potential fire hazards
    • Handling of hazardous objects and work
    • Electrical installations & lightning rod
    • Fire safety management
  • Accident Reporting System:
    • Accident reporting regulations
    • Accident and fire case analysis system
    • Accident & fire reporting system.
  • Fire Insurance
  • Human Behavior in the face of fire
  • Emergency Response Manual:
    • Drafting of fire emergency handling books
    • Integrated firefighting drill

  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Latest education certificate (min. D3/S1 or SLTA with experience in operating/using a laptop)
  • Digital photo, professionally attired, on red background
  • Valid Medical Certificate from Doctor/Clinic
  • Employment letter from current employer
  • Copy of ID card (KTP)
  • Laptop or Android cell phone with a stable internet connection (applicable for blended method only)
