  • RelyOn
  • Wild Geese Group
  • Aberdeen Drilling International

Only the minimum required data is shared with these bodies to issue or validate your certificates.

2.4. Certificate Expiry Notifications

We may use your data to remind you when certifications are approaching expiry so you can complete refresher training.

2.5. Legal or Regulatory Compliance

Where required by law or safety standards.

3. How Your Data is Stored

Your data may be stored in:

  • Samson Tiara’s secure internal servers (Jakarta & Cilegon)

  • Secure paper storage managed by a third-party archival provider, used solely for document storage

The archival provider does not access, process, or use your data.

Retention periods follow applicable standards (typically 5 years).

We do not sell or disclose your data to marketing companies or unrelated parties.

We only share Personal Data with:

  • Certification bodies (OPITO, TEEX, IWCF, IADC, etc.)
  • Government or regulatory bodies (e.g., Kemenaker)
  • Training partners
  • Hotels (only the participant’s name, if we arrange accommodation)
  • RelyOn for eLearning enrolment
  • A third-party secure archival service (document storage only)

Each party receives only the minimum required information.

  • Basic certification data (name, date of birth, company, nationality, position): retained indefinitely for certification verification
  • All paper documents past the retention period: securely destroyed
